Lea & Lu set up SMS to showcase Manchester's finest new musical talent. Broadcasting their first live radio show on WFM in 2004, lots of 'shed sessions' & 'snack times' ensued. In 2007 an old school friend, Sarah, took over Lu's slot behind the tin can & did a much better job of it. The last WFM show was broadcast in Jan '09. Leanne now lives in London. With their seeds scatered round the country, team SMS continue to sporadically make podcasts.
